Animals
Animals are not permitted inside the arena. Service/ aid animals for guests with special needs are the only exception.
Assisted Listening Transmitters
Are available at the Guest Relations Table. Limited numbers are available, check with the Box Office by calling 918-495-6000. Patrons may check out Assisted Listening Transmitters before or during a concert or event.

Baby Changing Stations
Koala Kare Baby Changing stations are located in all men’s and women’s restrooms.
Baby Mabee (Studio1)
Studio1, sometimes called the "Baby" Mabee, is home to KGEB. This full service HD TV production facility is complete with green rooms, "Cast" and "Star" dressing areas, make-up and hair dressing rooms, and office space. If you are visiting, please park in Lot B and enter through the east entrance.

Child Entry
Children ages 1 and over are required to have a ticket to "Kid" specific shows. Children ages 3 and over are required to have a ticket to events and games unless stated otherwise. Children that are under these ages may be admitted free of charge but must be seated in the lap of the adult bringing them to the event.
CityPlex
The Tulsa Banquet venue Skyline 60 is located on the 60th floor of the CityPlex towers. CityPlex is located directly across 81st Street from ORU.
Concessions
Dip n’ Dots and Sodexo provide our events with tasty food and beverages. There are 5 concessions booths located next to sections C, B, P, L, and K.

Elevators
The elevators allow easy access to the Mezzanine Level and arena Concourse Level from the first floor. The elevators are located through the double doors in the TTCU North Lobby of the Mabee Center. Enter through the double doors next to the Box Office, take the first left. Go to the end of the hallway and turn left to arrive at the elevators.

Handicapped Accessible Restrooms
Located on the Concourse Level, these restrooms can be found between Sections GG & HH; these no-steps-to-enter restrooms are also available for use by those with limited mobility.
Handicapped Parking
Handicapped parking for Mabee Center concerts and events is located in the North East Lot A. These parking spaces are close to the building and handicapped accessible doors. The handicapped parking in South East Lot B is available for Conference & Banquet Center events, and some select concerts and events. Some concerts and events elect not to allow entrance from the South side, so please check for that event before planning your visit. Please visit the Parking Page of the Customer Info Center.

Handicapped Seating
Wheelchair seating is available on row 19 of sections D, E, H, and J. One person is allowed to sit with the wheelchair patron, but other family members or friends will need to find seating in a row nearby. Please call Mabee Center Box Office, (918)495-6000 to check availability status of seats.
Hours of Operation
The Mabee Center Business Office is open Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m. The Box Office is open from Monday-Friday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. If you are coming to visit either of these locations, please park in Lot D or Lot A and enter through the North Lobby.

Limited Mobility Seating
Rows 17 and 18 in section D, E, H and J are reserved for mobility impaired patrons. These rows involve 2 or 3 steps; there is a handrail in the middle of the aisle to assist you. At request, Mabee Center has on wheelchair available to transport patrons to seats.
Lost & Found
All lost belongings are turned into the Guest Relations Table during an event. The next day, the items are transferred to a more secure location. Contact the Marketing Office (918-495-6000) to claim you item.

Mabee Center
Mabee Center has been home to the Golden Eagles since 1972.The arena bears the name of John and Lottie Mabee, who established the Tulsa-based Mabee Foundation in 1948. Mezzanine
The Mezzanine is located on the second floor of the Mabee Center. You can access the Mezzanine from the Elevators or the Concourse Level of the arena.
Mobility Seating

Vending Machines
There are vending machines throughout the Mabee Center North Lobby. Keep in mind, no outside food or drink is allowed in the arena. This includes food and drink purchased in the lobby area of Mabee Center vending machines.
Vision & Hearing
Prior to any event, please check with the Box Office at the Mabee Center for the availability and location of seating for visually or hearing impaired individuals. Assisted Listening transmitting may also be checked out at the Guest Relations Table for use during events and sign language interpreters can be scheduled upon request. While ORU’s varsity basketball teams are traveling, occasionally, ORU Watch Parties are held. Attendees are able to watch a projected online stream of ORU’s men’s and women’s varsity basketball games.

Will Call
Will Call tickets are those that you have purchased but ask to have held at the box office in "Will Call". You can then pick up these tickets from the box office at a later time before the event. Someone may have also purchased and placed tickets for you at box office Will Call. Will Call tickets can be picked up at the Mabee Center Box Office at any of the windows labeled "Will Call". Please note that during ORU Golden Eagle Athletic events, there is a separate will call line solely for players and coaches lists.
